Project Manager

Holland Applied Technologies is an industry leader in sanitary process equipment. We design and build everything from components to modular process systems for the food, beverage, and biopharmaceutical industries. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Systems group.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate project between customer, engineering, fabrication, shipping, document control, quality control, purchasing, and accounting
    • Develop, review, maintain and adjust project schedule as necessary
      • Perform engineering calculations to specify and size equipment
        • Obtain quotations and procure components as needed for a project
          • Control costs and track all commercial issues
            • Guide designer throughout design process
              • Provide technical assistance to fabrication personnel
                • Read, interpret, and summarize customer specifications
                  • Submit formal documents as required by customer specifications
                    • Lead internal team meetings or customer meetings
                      • Work either independently or as a leader in a fast pace environment while managing multiple projects and tasks in unison

                        Qualifications required:

                        • BS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
                          • Experience in process engineering
                            • Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or beverage industry
                              • Some knowledge of electrical and control schematics
                                • Some experience with AutoCad a plus
