Sani-Tech® STHT®-WR platinum-cured silicone, wire-reinforced hose, constructed of multi-ply reinforcement and 316L SS helical wire, provides unsurpassed flexibility while maintaining high-pressure ratings with full vacuum capabilities. Sani-Tech STHT-WR is manufactured with an ultra-pure, biopharmaceutical-grade silicone to ensure your process integrity.

Characteristics

The manufacturing process is carefully controlled from receiving through production. In all our production sites our tubing is produced and double bag packaged in an ISO 7 clean room. Inspection and lot traceability are readily accessible as batch numbers are assigned. All packages are identified by external labeling on both the bag and the highquality, crush-proof box. Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics’ manufacturing facility has the ability to create a variety of unique color-coding systems for your particular application needs.

Sani-Tech STHT-R platinum-cured braid-reinforced silicone hose is an ultra-flexible, high-purity hose that was developed for higher-pressure applications. Sani-Tech STHT-R silicone hose is manufactured with Sani-Tech 65 custom-brand silicone resin.

Sani-Tech STHT-R silicone hose resists temperature extremes, ozone, radiation, moisture, compression sets, weathering and chemical attack and imparts no taste or odors to fluids transported within it.

Sani-Tech STHT-R hose withstands repeated autoclaving and sterilization and resists the adherence of blood products and other sanitary fluids.

We offer STHT-R in both bulk packaging and as a complete sanitary silicone hose assemblies. We offer a broad array of sanitary Tri-Clamp end connections as well as buttweld, NPT, Cam and Groove and JIC. We can also fabricate custom ends for your STHT-R hose assembly.

Sani-Tech STHT-R-HD platinum-cured heavy-duty reinforced silicone hose is an ultra-flexible, high-purity hose that was developed for extreme elevated pressure applications. Sani-Tech STHT-R-HD is manufactured with Sani-Tech® 65 custom brand silicone resin and can be supplied in 25ft. or 50 ft. continuous lengths (depending on ID size) for critical applications. Sani-Tech STHT-R-HD hose withstands repeated autoclaving and sterilization and resists the adherence of blood products and other sanitary fluids.

Sani-Tech STHT-R-HD is manufactured from Sani-Tech 65 brand silicone resin, a highly biocompatible silicone hose which meets USP Class VI, FDA CFR 177.2600, USDA, ISO 10993 and European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9 standards. .

Characteristics

Sani-Tech STHT-R-HD is a non-metallic reinforced platinum-cured silicone hose that can be repeatedly autoclaved, radiated, or sterilized by ethylene oxide gas. This product remains flexible and performs as specified through a temperature range of -80°F (-62°C) to 500°F (260°C). Sani-Tech® STHT-R-HD is available in sizes ranging from 1/2" ID through 2" ID enabling the specifier or user the flexibility of properly sizing the application. Sani-Tech® STHT-R-HD comes in white (standard), red, and blue as stocked products. Consult the factory for additional colors or customization options. Sani-Tech STHT-R-HD has a Master File with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Sani-Tech® STHT®-C and Sani-Tech® STHT®-65 are ultra-pure, biopharmaceutical grade Tubing. This platinum-cured silicone tubing withstands repeated autoclaving and resist the adherence of blood products and other sanitary fluids. In 1/16" ID and greater, STHT-C and STHT-65 come with laser marked part numbers and lot codes to provide total product traceability.

Sani-Tech Sil-250 is a high-performance platinum-cured extended-life silicone-tubing formulation specifically designed for demanding peristaltic pump applications. With its superior flex life characteristics, manufacturing processes can be simplified by reducing potential production time due to pump tubing failure. Sani-Tech Sil-250 has an extreme smooth inner surface that helps reduce the risk of particle entrapment during sensitive fluid transfer.

Manufactured from high-purity, platinum-cured silicone elastomers, thermoplastic elastomer, or thermoplastics, our Sani-Tech® Sealing and Transfer System components provide an aseptic seal for handling various high-purity fluids in biopharmaceutical applications. The Sealing and Transfer Systems allow you to easily retrofit your existing glass and plastic carboys, glass solution and media bottles and stainless steel vessels for aseptic fluid transfer, sampling or sealing.

All Sealing and Transfer Systems materials of construction are non-cytotoxic and comply with USP Class VI standards.

Sani-Tech ultra-pure, platinum-cured silicone stoppers outperform standard neopreneand rubber stoppers in critical process and laboratory applications in terms of life expectancy, consistency, and purity. Sani-Tech silicone stoppers are fully autoclavable and sterilizable and will not crack, cause spallation, or release particulates that could cause process contamination or lost product.

Sani-Tech silicone stoppers can be supplied with cored holes for use with specially designed dip tubes or vent configurations. Custom identification markings can also be utilized to help differentiate supply lines.

Holland Applied Technologies offers Stainless Steel Vessels used in biotech, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, personal care and other sanitary applications.  Tanks can be manufactured with ASME code certification, CRN registration, mechanical and electropolished product contact surfaces, Clean-in-Place (CIP) sprayball testing and validation, and mixers/agitators.  We provide portable and skidded vessels as well as standard type tanks.  Customer approval drawings are completed in  Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and sent to customers before fabrication begins.
