GORE® STA-PURE® pump tubing is superior to all other available tubing. GORE STA-PURE pump tubing operates at pressures as high as 100 psi, lasts 70 times longer than silicone tubing, and has stable flow rates over its extended life. This enables continuous high-pressure pumping and less downtime from premature tube rupture. GORE STA-PURE pump tubing has passed USP Class VI and cytotoxicity testing.
GORE® STA-PURE® pump tubing is available in Series PCS (Silicone/ePTFE) for high pressure applications and Series PFL (Perfluoroelastomer/ePTFE) for aggressive chemicals.

GORE STA-PURE Series PCS
The Series PCS provides a durable and resilient pump tubing solution for high-pressure peristaltic pump applications. The unique composite structure of the tube adds strength and high flex durability for greater security against rupture under challenging conditions, up to 100 psig. Additionally, this high resilient structure supports consistent flow rate over extended produciton cycles, helping to maintain process stability. It offers a broad field of applications: media processing, cell harvesting and filtration, purification, and final product fill.
- Material: Platinum-cured silicone and expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE)
- Durability & Reliability: Outperforms silicone in terms of both flow-rate decay and extended service live. Outperforms Silicone tubing while lasting at least 70 times longer.
- Operating pressure: Up to 100 psig
- Sizes: Available in sizes up to 25 mm ID
- Sterilization: Validated to operate after CIP/SIP and Autoclave sterilization
- Shelf Life: Four years from date of manufacture
GORE STA-PURE Series PFL
The Series PFL provides a durable, resilient, and chemically resistant pump tubing solution for critical pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical processing applications. The unique, chemically inert composite of Series PFL increases its durability for greater security against catastrophic failure due to rupture or chemical attack. It offers a broad field of applications: drug final fill, pumping aggressive solvents in chromatography and combinatorial chemistries, and pumping solvent-based reactants during synthesis of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
- Material: Platinum-cured perfluorelastomer and expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE)
- Chemical Resistance: Provides better chemical compatibility than silicone or thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) tubing. Performes reliably with common organic solvents.
- Operating pressure: Up to 60 psig
- Sizes: Available in sizes up to 25 mm ID
- Sterilization: Validated to operate after CIP/SIP and Autoclave sterilization
- Shelf Life: Four years from date of manufacture
