    We carry one of the largest inventories of sanitary Tri-Clamp type gaskets in the country. Our sanitary gasket stock goes from 1/4" to 12" in a variety of materials. All gasket compounds meet the FDA criteria food applications, USDA and 3A. Most sanitary gasket compound formulations have also been tested and certified to USP Class VI certifications for pharmaceutical applications.     Rubber Fab's Detectomer® X-Ray Inspectable and Metal Detectable elastomeric products include Tri-Clamp® gaskets, screens, orifice plates, camlock gaskets/screens, rod, sheet, and scraper blades and are available in a wide variety of sizes and elastomers. Over time and repeated clean-in-place, sterilization, and handling during equipment cleaning, component parts used in food, beverage and pharmaceutical processing equipment and pipework can degrade. As the elastomer degrades, there is a high risk of rubber fragments breaking off, resulting in product contamination, product recall, lost product and down time.

    Designed to work with existing sanitary stainless steel Tri-Clamp piping and hose systems, Rubber Fab’s line of Detectomers™ can be spotted by in-line x-ray inspection and metal detection systems as well as magnetic separators. Detectomer fragments as small as 1mm can easily be detected allowing your system to quickly reject contaminated product allowing worn parts to be replaced without great expense or costly down-time.     The extended sock shaped mesh gasket offers up to 300% more open area for 300% more soil collection capability than conventional sanitary clamp screens. They provide greater flow for situations where a large amount of particulates are involved. Due to the large capacity and open screen area, sock screens require less service, therefore, reducing down time and costly change outs, a major consideration with inline pharmaceutical processing.

    While protecting expensive processing pumps and equipment from foreign matter, sanitary sock screens are especially effective in decreasing pump wear and burnout while increasing energy conservation. Regularly used in the transfer of liquids from a bulk tank to a tank truck and/or in the opposite direction, sanitary sock screens are specifically designed for high volume applications with low pressure drop.

    Our sanitary fluid filtration screen gaskets are designed to be interchangeable with standard sanitary clamp gaskets. You can choose a screen gasket in a USP Class VI elastomer or fluoroelastomer in a variety of mesh sizes, 10 micron through 4 mesh. Most of which are available for shipment on the day of order. Our fluid filtration screen gaskets are also available in metal detectable elastomers for use with metal detection systems.

    Sanitary diffuser aeration systems provide increased oxygen content to high purity water systems. Diffusers can also be used to diffuse digester gases such as hydrogen sulfide and sulphur dioxide; to introduce ozone for oxidizing and destroying bacterial and organic chemical contaminants; and for carbon dioxide injection for recarbonization and ph adjustment.     Rubberfab Smart Gasket System

    Rubber Fab’s Smart Gasket’s value is proven when validating sterility in a high-purity pharmaceutical system. Your standard sanitary flange utilizing the Smart Gasket is used to obtain the critical thermal mapping information you need during the validation process. Smart Gasket easily installs between two sanitary standard flanges using the Rubber Fab sanitary Smart Clamp to secure the flanges. Our clamp provides up to four internal ports for accepting the Smart Gasket thermocouple samples or accessories; i.e. ACC-T or K-199-S-Short Temperature Probe; ACC-T or K-199A-L-Long Temperature Probe.

    Choose between Rubber Fab’s Thermocouple hygienic seal or select the Smart Gasket Spore Trap to securely retain spore challenge test strips. There is also a sampler device available that utilizes standard luer lock fittings

    Meter fluids in your process system utilizing a peristaltic pump or withdraw samples utilizing our luer lock sampler and luer lock valve or syringe.
