    The IZMAG is Anderson Instrument Company’s next generation of electromagnetic flow meter. Building on the qualities that have made it’s predecessor, the IZMS meter, the industry standard in accuracy and longevity, the IZMAG incorporates new design and performance features that allow the IZMAG to excel in the most demanding sanitary processing environment.

    From the outside, one will recognize that a compact, all stainless steel housing now provides the highest level of protection from the cleaning chemicals and environmental extremes present in food processing facilities. A standard backlit graphic display provides the metering information not only as numbers and text but also has the ability to display images. By using images along with text a more intuitive feel to navigation is achieved making the programming experience quicker and simpler. On the inside a PFA liner offers increases in pressure, temperature and vacuum capability. This new liner gives the IZMAG the ability to satisfy an expanded list of high temperature and aseptic applications.

    In addition to the other features the flow meter has a compact overall size allowing installation into tight fitting applications without a sacrifice in measurement performance.

    Anderson’s HM-series turbine flowmeter is the solution for applications requiring an economical, accurate flowmeter. Using the proven method of counting the rotation of a turbine within a flowing stream of liquid, the “HM” turbine flowmeter is not merely a modification of an industrial design, but a design that was created specifically for the sanitary food and dairy industry.

    Understanding these requirements has produced a flowmeter with superior durability in the unique applications found in that industry. An all 316SS construction (including rotor) coupled with a unique two piece design which eliminates the need for internal locking rings to retain the meters internals makes for a truly cleanable, hygienic design that also provides exceptional performance.

    Non-magnetic sensing of the 316SS rotor eliminates the drag other magnetically sensed rotors experience which provides for better metering accuracy and greater longevity. The HM can handle aggressive products such as acids, vinegar solutions, brine, and de-ionized water

    A key process value - do your operators have one? Is it easy to monitor? With the GK 1/8 DIN panel meters, featuring big, bright, color-changing displays, keeping track of it is even easier!

    Analog input models for temperature, pressure, level, and flow as well as digital input models such as rate meters, indicators, counters and timers are available. These intelligent units offer multiple relay & alarm outputs, optional serial communication, and specialized functions on analog input units. With 13 models to choose from, the process value you require can surely be displayed. The minimum and maximum values along with total alarm time may be saved until re-set. In fact, your key process value will be displayed on the biggest and brightest 1/8 DIN display in the industry. The GK family features a 0.71” high LED (27% larger than ordinary 1/8 DIN units) with advanced, brilliant red, gallium arsenide technology. Not only is the display large and striking, but it can also change color. The display can be programmed to change from red to green or green to red at a preset value.

    Easy programming makes these units even more desirable. All models are programmed via the front panel and are scalable to display inputs in engineering units. In addition to showing parameter values on the primary display, a help function can be utilized to show parameter descriptions. The secondary legend also indicates which value is shown on the primary display via a single digit character.

    When working with high value products, any liquid left in a piping system can be costly. We offer a line of sanitary orifices the reduce this risk when a fixed orifice pressure reduction is required in the process. Unlike most orifice plates which can leave some liquid on the upstream side of the plate, the Holland sanitary orifices are fully draining when mounted in the vertical position. The tapered interior design ensures that there will be no product hold up.

    When making sanitary manifolds, using the “fish mouth” fabrication method has many shortcomings;

    • It requires a difficult hand weld
    • It is difficult to know if full penetration of the weld area has been accomplished.
    • The weld is difficult to polish
    • Once polished, it is impossible to tell how much wall thickness is left in the joint

    Thermaline Corrugated Heat Exchangers use a corrugated heat exchange surface to induce turbulence, alternating parallel grooves and ridges to increase heat transfer efficiency. Inducing turbulent flow results in less total surface area required to achieve the desired tehrmal results. Turbulent flow promotes thorough mixing of the product and even thermal disbursement without compromising product integrity.

    Thermaline's innovative design allows the tubes to freely expand and contract independently which diminishes material fatigue and failure. Tubes can be arranged in either direct or indirect regeneration. Direct product regeneration can yield more than 80% in energy savings. Indirect product regeneration can recover energy from thermal waste streams in other areas of your facility, reducing thermal pollution and increasing energy savings.

    The product flow and heating/cooling media flow are separated in concentric lengths of sanitary tubing. The unit has no moving parts, is easy to clean, easy to inspect, and easy to maintain. Tube ends, with their sanitary clamp design, can be easily removed for QC inspections and maintenance.

    The strategically-positioned elastomers eliminate the possibility of product intermixing. If a leak were to develop from an elastomer failure, the fluid would be vented to the atmosphere so it can be quickly identified and repaired. The Floating Series eliminates blind, internally-positioned elastomers that can lead to cross contamination.
