The Series 13 (Qx-13) disposable pumps produce a flow range of 0-6.3ml/s. The 13mm rotor can have either 2 or 3 cavities which dispense 0.28ml and 0.21ml per cavity respectively. The standard fluid contacting materials are polypropylene, HDPE and Nitrile. Alternative materials are possible to suit your liquids. The disposable pumps are available in high pressure and low pressure configurations along with an in-pump dilution option.

The 20mm rotor carries 2 cavities each with a resolution of 1.35ml. A range of pump configurations provide in-pump dilution, valves and mixers on the outlet. Low pressure and high pressure pumps are also available. LR-20 Dilution pumps can manage any dilution ratio from 1:1 to 1:30 where the concentrate flow rate is up to 27ml/s. The diluent flow rate is controlled by pressure regulation and a custom orifice moulded into the pump.

This check valve is well suited to applications where there is pulsing flow and should not be used for sticky, adhesive products, or those with excessive viscosities where the ball can be held in the offset tube.

Compact and mounted in an S-Line Clamp Connection, the 16AMP-AR relieves air/vapor pressure and is most commonly used on the inlet of a Centrifugal Pump so when the pump is operating, the valve is sealed by the low suction pressure. However, when the pump is "air locked," the pressure increases and the valve opens to let the air out of the system.
Comprised of a Nylon poppet valve with a Buna O-Ring seal, the valvescan be supplied with 304 Stainless Steel, or 316L Stainless Steel cap bodies.
