The Colder DrumQuik® is an easy-to-use product for extracting high purity chemicals from rigid containers (jerry cans, drums and IBCs) using common pumps within a closed system design. Using a closed system virtually eliminated the chance for hazardous spills or emissions release, providing a cleaner and safer work environment as well as eliminating the chance of spills of costly fluids.

The Series 13 (Qx-13) disposable pumps produce a flow range of 0-6.3ml/s. The 13mm rotor can have either 2 or 3 cavities which dispense 0.28ml and 0.21ml per cavity respectively. The standard fluid contacting materials are polypropylene, HDPE and Nitrile. Alternative materials are possible to suit your liquids. The disposable pumps are available in high pressure and low pressure configurations along with an in-pump dilution option.

The BiB-19 is a direct replacement for a gravity fed wine tap – its inlet is compatible with a 1? gland on a BIB (bag in box). The 19mm rotor carries 2 cavities each with a resolution of 0.5ml. Low pressure and high pressure pumps are also available. LR-20 Dilution pumps can manage any dilution ratio from 1:1 to 1:30 where the concentrate flow rate is up to 27ml/s. The diluent flow rate is controlled by pressure regulation and a custom orifice moulded into the pump.

Waukesha Cherry-Burrell brand 45BY Ball Check Valves have a 316L stainless steel body with a curved offset ball trap. Product flow pushes the ball up into the trap and out of the product stream for full diameter flow.

This check valve is well suited to applications where there is pulsing flow and should not be used for sticky, adhesive products, or those with excessive viscosities where the ball can be held in the offset tube.

Waukesha Cherry-Burrell brand 62B Air Blow Check Valves are 'plug-style', where air pressure pushes the bonded rubber plug away from the seat. In the absence of air pressure, the spring returns the plug and holds it closed against the seat.

Compact and mounted in an S-Line Clamp Connection, the 16AMP-AR relieves air/vapor pressure and is most commonly used on the inlet of a Centrifugal Pump so when the pump is operating, the valve is sealed by the low suction pressure. However, when the pump is "air locked," the pressure increases and the valve opens to let the air out of the system.
